Engineering Meetings¶
Engineering meetings provide a structured way for the team to collaborate, plan, and discuss technical and cultural aspects of our work. These meetings ensure alignment on priorities, encourage knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture.
We currently have two recurring engineering-focused meetings:
- Engineering Planning – a structured meeting to review ongoing initiatives and technical priorities.
- Chinwag – a more informal session for discussion, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
